My manuscript status is "AE: Not Assigned; In Peer Review", which means the manuscript is in Peer-review without the AE. You've just answered who the AE is and what the AE is doing. Please be careful there is still not assigned an AE. I am curious why the manuscript is in "Peer Review" before assigning an AE." [답변] I apologize for not being clear in my response. Based on the instructions mentioned on the journal website, it was mentioned the file can go to peer reviewers only after an AE was assigned. Therefore, there seems to be a glitch in the system because of which your file was sent to peer reviewers without an AE being assigned. An alternative reason could be that the AE assigned to you is being changed.
